Shuaheeb Olabode Agoro, a Nigerian lawyer and civil servant, held the esteemed position of Permanent Secretary of Lagos State until his appointment as the 22nd Head of Service of the state. Education

His academic journey led him to pursue a degree in Law at Leeds Metropolitan University in Leeds, England, where he earned an LLB (Hons.) in Law from 1990 to 1993. Subsequently, he attended the Nigerian Law School in Lagos from 1994 to 1996. Among his educational accomplishments, he completed a (LLM) in Petroleum Law and Policy at the Centre for Energy Petroleum Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) in 1999, University of Dundee, Scotland, and also studied at BPP Law School in May 2002, England.

In July 2003, Bode Agoro was appointed into the Lagos State Civil Service. Upon his entry, he served as the Director of Land Services from 2003 to 2005 and later as the Director of Land Regularization from 2006 to 2015 before assuming the role of Permanent Secretary in the Lands Bureau on August 2, 2015.
